Delivery information

For each product in your Krishnabookspov cart, your purchase is for one single-use access or redemption code for the selected digital item or set. The catalogue may include an individual ebook, an individual audiobook, an ebook set or collection, an audiobook set, or an ebook and audiobook bundle.

The code is redeemed through a third-party digital service and may require an account with that service, a compatible device and internet access. We provide the code and do not promise or send downloadable ebook or audio files.

References to products and their respective owners do not by themselves state or imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond the rights expressly stated on this storefront.

After payment is confirmed, the access code for each paid order item will be emailed to the address entered at checkout within 24 hours. Codes from the same cart may arrive in one or more emails. Please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

If we learn that we cannot supply the code within that time, we will email you promptly and offer the solution required by Australian Consumer Law, which may include a refund.

Please check your name, both email entries and every cart item carefully before paying. We use your name and email to deliver and support your order. Providing a mobile number is optional. If you provide one, it is stored with your order and is not required for code delivery or support. Where needed to fulfil the order, your name and email may be shared with our digital delivery service solely to deliver your access codes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If one or more codes have not arrived after 24 hours, a code is invalid, it provides the wrong digital item or set, or part of a purchased set or bundle is missing, contact support@krishnabookspov.com.au with your order number and the affected item. Do not publish or forward any affected code while we investigate.
