Krishnabookspov is a registered business name of Astronum Pty Ltd (ABN 50 698 154 424). Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@krishnabookspov.com.au.

We collect the first name, last name and email address you enter, the digital items or sets in your cart, any promotional code and discount applied to the order, order and per-item delivery records, support messages, and payment confirmation. Providing a mobile number is optional. If you provide one, it is stored with your order and is not required for code delivery or support. The repeated email field is used to check that the address matches and is not stored as a second contact record. Our payment provider processes your payment details; we do not need to store your full card number.

The site may also receive basic technical information needed for security, performance and lawful analytics, such as an IP address, browser type and pages visited. Your browser temporarily stores the catalogue identifiers in your cart for the current browsing session; it does not store your checkout contact details there.

To limit abusive checkout and promo requests, we temporarily keep pseudonymous security records derived from network, email or payment-session identifiers. The rate-limiting record does not contain the raw identifier and expires automatically after its protection window.

We use your name and email to deliver each code, issue a receipt, email you about a delivery problem and provide support. We use relevant order information to process payment, track which items have been sent, prevent fraud, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Where required to fulfil your order, we may share your name and email with our digital delivery service solely to deliver your access codes. We do not provide those details for our own marketing. Payment, hosting, email and analytics providers may process limited data for the services they provide to us, including from locations outside Australia.

When you press Play, the audio file is requested from the service that stores our official samples. That service may receive your IP address, browser and device information, request time and referring origin. This request does not include your name, email, order, checkout or payment details.

Giving us your email to receive an order, receipt, code or support reply does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing is optional and requires a separate consent. Every marketing email will identify the sender and provide a working unsubscribe option.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect customer information and restrict access to people who need it. We keep records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, security, tax and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify them where appropriate.

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw marketing consent, or make a privacy complaint by emailing support@krishnabookspov.com.au. We will acknowledge, investigate and respond to a complaint within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law and use the Australian Privacy Principles as a practical guide.
