Krishnabookspov is a registered business name of Astronum Pty Ltd (ABN 50 698 154 424). Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@krishnabookspov.com.au.

We collect the first name, last name and email address you enter, the digital items or sets in your cart, any promotional code and discount applied to the order, order and per-item delivery records, support messages, and payment confirmation. Providing a mobile number is optional. If you provide one, it is stored with your order and is not required for code delivery or support. The repeated email field is used to check that the address matches and is not stored as a second contact record. Our payment provider processes your payment details; we do not need to store your full card number.

To understand overall website use, we keep anonymous hourly totals for the public page opened, a broad source category, page views and approximate visits. We separately keep daily totals for the approximate country, state or region, and nearby network area supplied by our hosting network. For traffic recorded after location filtering began, anonymous hourly totals may combine the public page, broad source category and approximate network-area estimate so the private owner dashboard can filter and colour its chart. These totals are not linked to orders, customers or a persistent identifier. Query strings and full referring addresses are not kept. This traffic record does not contain your name, email, IP address, exact coordinates, browser or device fingerprint, cookie, or a persistent visitor identifier. Available city or area estimates may be shown in the private owner dashboard from their first recorded visit.

When detailed location fields are unavailable, the browser reads a same-site hosting trace and reports only its two-letter country code and three-character network-area code. Any IP address contained in that trace is ignored and is not sent to or stored in our traffic database. The network-area code is converted to a general city or regional estimate and is not retained.

Network-based location is approximate and may be unavailable or inaccurate. Your browser keeps only a temporary activity time and broad source category in session storage to decide whether a page view begins a new approximate visit and keep that visit's source consistent. Neither value is sent as an identifier, and both are cleared with the browsing session. Campaign tags and the referring website are reduced to broad categories such as Instagram, YouTube, Google or Direct / unknown before a traffic total is stored.

Hosting and security systems necessarily receive basic request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Your browser also temporarily stores selected item identifiers in your cart; it does not store your checkout contact details there.

To limit abusive checkout and promo requests, we temporarily keep pseudonymous security records derived from network, email or payment-session identifiers. The rate-limiting record does not contain the raw identifier and expires automatically after its protection window.

We use your name and email to deliver each code, issue a receipt, email you about a delivery problem and provide support. We use relevant order information to process payment, track which items have been sent, prevent fraud, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Where required to fulfil your order, we may share your name and email with our digital delivery service solely to deliver your access codes. We do not provide those details for our own marketing. Payment, hosting and email providers may process limited data for the services they provide to us, including from locations outside Australia.

When you press Play, the audio sample loads from a media hosting service. That service may receive your IP address, browser and device information, request time and referring origin. This request does not include your name, email, order, checkout or payment details.

Giving us your email to receive an order, receipt, code or support reply does not subscribe you to marketing. Marketing is optional and requires a separate consent. Every marketing email will identify the sender and provide a working unsubscribe option.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect customer information and restrict access to people who need it. We keep records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, security, tax and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify them where appropriate.

You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw marketing consent, or make a privacy complaint by emailing support@krishnabookspov.com.au. We will acknowledge, investigate and respond to a complaint within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy law and use the Australian Privacy Principles as a practical guide.
