Terms of sale

Krishnabookspov is a registered business name of Astronum Pty Ltd (ABN 50 698 154 424). Astronum Pty Ltd is the seller, and your contract is with that company. For each product in your cart, you are buying one single-use access or redemption code for the selected digital item or set. A product may be an individual ebook, an individual audiobook, an ebook set or collection, an audiobook set, or an ebook and audiobook bundle.

References to ebooks, audiobooks, titles, cover art, authors and narrators identify the products and their respective owners. They do not by themselves state or imply sponsorship or endorsement. Purchasing a code does not transfer ownership of the underlying content or promise delivery of downloadable files.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to order. Please review the listed title, format, included item count, language, price and checkout details before paying. Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The seller is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not included or charged.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we confirm that we can supply its codes. If a listed code becomes unavailable, we will not replace it with a different product without your agreement. We will identify the affected order item, provide the remedy required by law for it, and continue fulfilling unaffected items unless you agree—or the law requires—that a remedy apply to the order as a whole.

Where offered, one promotional code may be applied to an eligible cart before payment. A code may have a start or end time, minimum order value, redemption limit or other condition shown when the code is offered. The cart can preview the discount and final amount before you continue to payment, but previewing a code does not reserve it. Eligibility and availability are checked again when checkout starts. Once checkout starts, the promotional price is held for that Checkout session until it expires, normally about 30 minutes after it is issued.

Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be applied after payment and cannot be combined unless we expressly say otherwise. A refund or other monetary remedy is calculated from the amount actually paid for the affected item after its allocated discount. These conditions do not limit any right or remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

We will email the code for every paid order item to the address entered at checkout within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. Each code is for your personal use, can be redeemed once, and must not be published, duplicated, resold or used fraudulently.

Where necessary for fulfilment, your name and email may be shared with our digital delivery service solely to deliver your access codes. We do not use this information to subscribe you to marketing.

Where available, an official audiobook sample can be played directly on our site. A sample is provided only to help you identify the relevant audiobook and is not the full audiobook or a downloadable file. Playing it does not grant a right to copy, publish, redistribute or resell the sample.

Ebook table-of-contents previews contain publisher-supplied catalogue metadata only. They are not excerpt files and do not promise that a downloadable excerpt will be supplied with your purchase. Preview availability may change and does not alter the selected digital item or set identified in your order.

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for giving us an accurate name and email address, confirming that both email entries match, and keeping every code confidential. A mobile number is optional; if you provide one, it is stored with your order and is not required for code delivery or support. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was made.

The version of these terms shown when you order applies to that purchase. We may update future terms, but will not retrospectively remove rights from an accepted order. Australian law applies, together with any mandatory law of your state or territory.
